St. Mary Development Corporation
believes senior housing is about community. Our apartments for low-income seniors offer gracious, independent living and a quality of life that makes our buildings the best in the region.

In addition to beautiful apartments, dining rooms and beauty/barber salons, our apartment centers provide life-changing services and activities. Managers and staff create an atmosphere of caring by addressing the needs of the whole person — providing residents with social, spiritual, educational and wellness programs. Services include a lunch program, health screenings, bookmobile visits, exercise activities, craft groups, weekly visits from a barber/beautician, holiday celebrations, transportation to shopping/events, and interfaith prayer services, among others.

For more information on each apartment community, click on the links below.

St. Mary’s Development Corporation does not discriminate in housing because of race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, national origin or any other locally protected class.
